  • 1. Can I find a part on your shop if I have its original code, instead of ACE code?

    In most cases - yes. If you are unable to find the part by the code you have, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

    2. When will my order be dispatched (if part is available in stock)?

    We will send the goods by courier on the same working day if you pay before 1.30 pm, or on the next working day if you pay after 1.30 pm. (Lithuanian time) 

    3. When will my order be dispatched (if part is unavailable in stock)?

    When ordering a product which is not available in our stock, you will receive a notification that the order has to be approved from our end. Depending on the product's availability in warehouse in Netherlands and chosen shipping method - delivery will take 1-10 work days. In such case, we will contact you to discuss shipment possibilities.
